Charlie Ng

Principal Consultant
  • Charlie Ng is the Principal Consultant of Ng Consulting Services. He has more than 32 years in management roles with private, non-profit, and public agencies in various industries including transportation, retail, and higher education. For more than 19 years, he has led departments at the executive level in facilities development and maintenance, finance and accounting, purchasing, and human resources. For over 12 years, Charlie has led organizational efforts in the areas of strategic planning and 10-year foresight and scenario planning. He has also served on several non-profit and public agency boards and has led strategic planning and leadership professional development efforts for California community college administrators.

  • Charlie holds a Master of Science degree in Advanced Management specializing in leadership and strategy, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Tommi Ng

Principal Consultant
Tommi Ng has over 30 years of experience working in both private and public human resources including community college, city government, and financial services. Tommi has been responsible for every facet of human resources including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, and risk management. She has spearheaded numerous initiatives that have significantly enhanced workforce engagement and inclusive workplace cultures, streamlined HR processes, and implemented innovative talent management practices and programs.
Tommi holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, is certified as a professional in human resources, and holds certificates in legal risk management and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
